Erin graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She has a special interest in sensory integration therapy and early intervention. Erin moved to Alaska in 2002 with her husband and three daughters. She loves doing anything and everything with her family and they have taken her on many great adventures, including camping, fishing, canoeing, hiking, skiing, and all things outdoors. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and cheering on her teenagers.
Tracey graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Fort Hays State University. She loves working with children and has a special interest in early intervention. Tracey originally planned to move and enjoy the adventures of Alaska for a year. Then, to her parents' dismay, she has made a wonderful life for herself here in Alaska. She has three wonderful children, two boys and a girl, that keep her on her toes. In her spare time, Tracey enjoys traveling, camping, fishing, cross-country skiing, hiking, and watching her children play sports.
Krystal received her Bachelor's degree in 2006 from Mount Aloysius College in Pennsylvania. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and Developmental Disorders from Fielding Graduate University. She practiced in Maryland until moving to Alaska in 2010 for a new family adventure. She is married to a creative husband and has two children, Lexi and Carter. Krystal enjoys spending time with her family, riding bikes, hiking, camping, fishing, playing games, and going for evening walks with their two dogs.
Marie received both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Eastern Michigan University. She relocated from Michigan to Anchorage in September 2007 and has loved exploring Alaska and embracing all it has to offer. She enjoys snowboarding, watching movies (at Bear Tooth), celebrating birthdays, fun socks, and all things pink. Marie also loves community runs, teaching Zumba, and experimenting with healthy, fun foods.
Jamie was born and raised in southeastern Michigan. She earned her occupational therapy degree from Eastern Michigan University. She worked in adult rehabilitation and subacute care for 5 years before finding her love for outpatient pediatrics. She enjoys the diversity of treatment techniques and various diagnoses that come with working with this young population. Jamie, her husband, and two teenage kids moved to Alaska in 2012 and are excited about getting the most they can out of the life they have been blessed with.
Jessica was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and graduated from the University of Indianapolis as a Master of Occupational Therapy. Jessica has enjoyed many adventures so far, including climbing mountains in Guatemala, surfing in Hawai'i, volunteering in the Dominican Republic, and touring the south of Ireland. She is thrilled that her first big adventure of 2015 brought her to Alaska and to All For Kids. Jessica loves spending time outside tree climbing, swinging, kayaking, and camping. Her dog Roo enjoys going on long walks and to dog parks as often as possible. When she's brave, Jessica attempts to master Pinterest recipes and DIY projects at home, while watching IU basketball, Colts football, or Netflix documentaries.
Laura was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. After graduating with her Master's from Mount Mary University, she followed her husband to Texas for a while before moving to Anchorage. While in Texas, Laura was an in-home pediatric therapist. In her spare time, Laura enjoys going on hikes with her husband and two dogs, cooking, watching the Packers (she is a big cheesehead), CrossFit, and binge watching shows on Netflix while eating popcorn. Laura is excited for her adventure in Alaska!
Erika earned her Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Occupational Therapy from Husson University in Bangor, Maine. She grew up in Deer Isle, an island off the coast of Maine. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her dog Tinkerbelle, going to the beach, boat rides, crafts, cooking, and softball. She has moved coast to coast to pursue her passion for occupational therapy and working with children! She is looking forward to exploring all that Alaska has to offer and joining the All For Kids team!
Janelle graduated from Pima Medical Institute in Tucson, Arizona, with an associate’s degree in occupational science. She grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas, and had the pleasure of living in so many wonderful places as a military spouse. After 6 years in Arizona, she followed her husband back to Anchorage, where he is stationed at JBER. She began her journey 10 years ago as a childcare provider and has enjoyed working with children and their families ever since. Janelle is excited to continue working with the children at All For Kids Pediatric Therapy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, playing with her three dogs, and reading.
Renee grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, where she earned a Bachelors degree from Logan University in Human Biology. After working in pediatric care out of school she was inspired to go back to earn an additional degree in order to more effectively help children. Renee earned an Associates degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Brown Mackie College in Indianapolis in 2016 and went on to work in the an outpatient pediatric clinic and a school setting for her first year as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She is very excited to be in Alaska with her fiancé and all of the adventures that it holds on a daily basis. Renee enjoys being a dog mom, scrapbooking, baking, shopping, and being with family and friends in her free time.
Christine was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Linguistics. After college, she completed her Master of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences at the University of Arizona. She returned home to Alaska after completing her education. Christine enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and pets (2 dogs and 2 cats). She loves animals, gardening, the Alaskan outdoors, and home improvement projects. Some of Christine's professional interests include early intervention, reading, autism, and alternative augmentative communication (AAC).
After Leah received her master's degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2008, she and her adventurous husband, Jordaun, moved to the Anchorage area to complete her clinical fellowship year and learn how to cross-country ski! She enjoys dancing, going to the movies, and taking leisurely walks with her daughters Sadie and Cora, as well as with her pups. In her opinion, snowy/rainy days are best spent cuddled up with hot tea and a good book. Her particular work "passion" includes providing therapy on horseback ("hippotherapy"). She looks forward to working with your kiddos!
Vonda Kay graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She loves working with children and specializes in articulation and language disorders, early intervention, PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), and working with children with autism. Vonda Kay has lived in Alaska for many years and worked at All For Kids since 2008. She enjoys the mountains, hiking, biking, skiing, traveling, church, and spending time with her family. Vonda Kay and her husband, Mark, have three children (Kate, Max, and Sam).
Lindsey moved to Anchorage from Smyrna, Tennessee, in 2012, where she had lived most of her life. She received her Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where she was also a 4-year member of the Pride of the Southland Marching Band playing percussion. She then returned to Mississippi, where she was born, to obtain her Master's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Lindsey enjoys reading, music, mermaids, guinea pigs, and SEC football, and has recently gotten into hiking, bow hunting, and modified cars. Lindsey loves working with children and has a special passion for stuttering and early intervention. She enjoys zooming across the state in her Subie and exploring all Alaska has to offer.
Melissa received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington, and went on to receive her Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Colorado in 2013.She spent two years working in a pediatric speech clinic near San Francisco, California, pursuing her clinical passions in fluency, early intervention, and social skill development. She spends her free time outside with her husband, Jay. Together they rock climb, hike, backpack, run, and are looking forward to learning to ice climb and kayak in this beautiful place. She is excited to be part of the All For Kids family!
Lauren received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from the State University of New York in Fredonia. She always wanted to live in Alaska. Lauren and her husband moved to Sitka, Alaska, in 2014 and were not disappointed - Alaska is beautiful! She practiced Speech Language Pathology in the school district there for 2 years before moving to Anchorage and joining All For Kids. She loves working with children and being part of a team. Lauren enjoys walking her Siberian Husky, watching movies, and spending time with her family and friends.
Candice grew up in Anchorage and recently returned home after living in Portland, Oregon, to begin her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University, a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacific University, and recently graduated with a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, also from Pacific University. Candice enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, baking, watching movies, and trying out Pinterest crafts. She is passionate about working with kids, and her professional interests include cleft lip/palate, feeding, literacy, and phonology. She is excited to join the team at All For Kids!
Emily was born and raised in Connecticut. She graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor's of Science in Health Science and a Master's of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. After visiting Alaska during a family vacation, Emily knew she wanted to return. She loves to travel, see Broadway shows, and be with family and friends. A fun fact is that Emily has a twin sister! Her professional interests include learning American Sign Language and working with children who use Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC) devices. She looks forward to helping your children grow in their skills!
Sara graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Abilene Christian University and her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. She moved to Alaska from Searcy, Arkansas, in 2013. Sara is passionate about working with kids and has a special place in her heart for hippotherapy. She spends her free time snowboarding, snowshoeing, bouldering, running, and playing with her dogs.
Amy was born and raised in Connecticut. She graduated with her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. Amy decided to pursue a career in Physical Therapy after volunteering at Camp Care Inc., in their therapy camp and therapeutic horseback riding programs. She also spent nine summers working at a camp for children with autism and developed a passion for working with this population. She moved to Anchorage from Columbia, Connecticut, in 2013 in order to pursue her passion as a PT at All For Kids. In her free time, Amy enjoys reading, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, and horseback riding.
Erin was born and raised in Spokane, Washington, and received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Central Washington University in 2010, where she competed on the volleyball team. She returned to Spokane and worked as an aide in a physical therapy clinic for 3 years. During that time, she gained a passion for physical therapy and chose to go to Spokane Falls Community College to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. She moved to Anchorage in 2014 when her husband, Jerred, was stationed at Elmendorf AFB. In her spare time, Erin and her husband enjoy camping, fishing, off roading in their Jeep, and spending time with their daughter- Evie, and dogs, Daisy and Kona.
Born and raised in Brookfield, Connecticut. She earned her Bachelors and Doctorate degree from Husson University in Bangor, Maine, while playing 4 years of lacrosse. Caitlyn loves working with children and moved to Alaska with her fiance Brandon in July 2016 to pursue her dream at All For Kids! She can't wait to start planning their October 2018 wedding! In her free time she loves traveling, reading, shopping, crafting, skiing, and playing with Sparky her Jack Russell Terrier!
Kirsten was born in Ogden, Utah, where she was very active and adventurous. She was always on the go playing soccer, going to gymnastics, and backpacking. Looking for a new adventure, she moved to Alaska in 2004 and now calls it her home. She enjoys exploring the outdoors, biking and traveling. She spends her days chasing her two little boys, Grayson and Beckham, working with the youth in her church, baking sweet concoctions, and spending time with her husband, Jesse.
Trenee` was born in Alaska and raised in Northern California. Trenee` spent all of her childhood in cheer and dance until moving back to Anchorage in 2009. Trenee` has two children who are very active in hockey and ballet that keep her on the go. Trenee` loves anything beauty, especially makeup. When she is not in the clinic she enjoys being an Esthetician, having girl time, reading, and traveling.
Kiley is a Washington native that moved to Alaska a year ago for a new adventure with her now-fiancé, Ryan, and their Jack Russell Terrier, Lexi. In her free time Kiley loves to try out new recipes from Pinterest and go garage sale-ing. Her favorite movie is The Holiday. Kiley is very excited for her next adventure at All For Kids!
Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Management from the University of South Florida. She then moved to Busan, South Korea, and Tokyo, Japan, before relocating in 2007 to pursue a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she practiced until moving to Alaska in 2017. She loves traveling, exploring new places, reading, cooking, and hiking with her husband and dogs.
Karen has been in Alaska since 1977, when her step-dad was transferred from San Angelo, Texas, to Elmendorf AFB. She graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 1991 with a BA in Economics. She has been in the medical billing field since 1991 and became a Certified Professional Coder in 2008. Karen enjoys hiking with her husband, Lee, and dog, Benelli; hanging out with their kids (son Jared - 20 and daughter Jordan - 16); playing volleyball; and watching football. Her favorite place to be is at a beach with WARM water.
Amanda was born in Lubbock, Texas. She moved to Alaska in 2001 with her family and has loved it ever since! Amanda loves to go camping and take long road trips to explore all that Alaska has to offer. When Amanda is not spending time with family and friends she loves reading, watching movies, listening to music, and being outdoors. Amanda is extremely excited to join the team at All For Kids!
Hailey was born in Montana but was raised in Colorado. She is the youngest of 3 siblings. Craving a new adventure, she moved to Alaska with her family in 2009. She enjoyed playing volleyball in school and even coached a season. She married the love of her life, Ryan, in June of 2015. They spent their first two years of marriage in Washington but they are glad to be back home! When she is not in the clinic she enjoys spending time with family, helping women feel confident with Mary Kay, traveling, painting, eating, and taking care of her dog, Symba!
